Working Visa
A Working Visa is a type of visa that allows a foreign national to live and work legally in a foreign country for a specific period. It is often tied to a job offer, employer sponsorship, or specialized skillset and is subject to local labor laws and immigration policies.
A Working Visa (or work permit) gives a person the legal right to be employed in the country issuing the visa. These visas are typically:
- Temporary (short-term) – Valid for 6 months to 5 years, renewable
- Permanent (leading to residency) – In some countries, it may lead to permanent residency or citizenship
